On Deck is a conference for people who are looking to get into the business side of baseball. It features speakers in many different positions in the industry and is based at the same time as the annual winter meetings.
Attendees who come to the On Deck conference should leave with a sense that they have a direction for the next steps of their career. "On Deck" itself is a baseball term for next man or woman up. The color palette is bases off the MLB logo and the items they take home can be used anytime not just while at the conference.
